Hello, I'm Michelle Lynn Hardy. Born and raised in Saint John, NB, I happily reside here with my husband, two amazing sons, three joyful dogs, and the sweetest cat you’ve ever met. My journey to real estate began with a dream and a lot of hustle.

Growing up with loving parents, I learned the value of hard work and customer service from my early jobs in restaurants and call centers. My real education came while working at a local pool hall, where I learned about people and life. But I knew I needed a change with a baby on the way. I enrolled in the business program at NBCC to start an exciting new career with a focus on accounting to challenge myself. 

My hard work led to a rewarding job at a locally owned company, where I discovered my passion for entrepreneurship. Starting my own bookkeeping company taught me I needed to do what I love. This realization guided me to co-own a property management company, but something still felt missing.

Then it hit me: Real Estate. Since childhood, I dreamed of being a homeowner. As a single mom, I resourcefully bought and transformed a fixer-upper into a beautiful home, sparking my passion for real estate. Over the past decade, I’ve flipped and sold several houses, learning the process and helping others achieve their real estate dreams.

In September 2015, I became a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker Select Realty. Determined to succeed, I studied, observed, and learned from experienced agents. My hard work paid off that first year, earning me the International Sterling Society award in 2016. Since then, I have grown to a higher award level each year.

Before embarking on her career in real estate, Kristen was a Hair Stylist and a Stay-at-Home mom for many years, roles that helped her develop strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client needs.

Kristen grew up in Charlotte County, where most of her family still resides, and has lived in Rothesay with her husband and two children for the past 20 years. Her extensive familiarity with these areas, along with everything in between, allows her to provide unparalleled insights to her clients.

As a mother of a university student, Kristen personally understands the emotional and practical challenges families face when it's time to downsize. Her empathy and firsthand experience make her a trusted advisor during these significant transitions.
